The building is only about 10 years old. The grounds are well landscaped. The underground parking is convenient (especially on snow, and rainy days). Condos seem well built, and have nicer fixtures. It's convenient to just about everything.
DOWNSIDES:
Parking can be tough on weekends. The carpeting in the common areas in filthy.
