Very friendly place for our pets. And very helpful staffs as well. Very satisfied. Fee is fair too. I’ll always go there whenever I go to Toronto.

Highly recommend this hotel! I have 3 dogs with different characters, the staffs are so responsible, they updated me every day with videos, they have 24 hours security camera so you can see your dog whenever you want, they behave to the dogs as they are their own dogs, so happy to find this place. They really love dogs.
They are so professional, they take the dogs to the backyard 3 to 5 times a day! The place is so clean!
If you are looking to someone to trust here is the place, no doubt. Thank you For having my dogs for 8 days🙏🏻😊

Highly recommend, i had so much stress for my dog because of her character but she was in love with them,professional service, 24 hours camera all over the place, I talked to my dog when I needed it, the owner and all stuff are so kind and they updated me all day with video and text messages, i can just say if you need someone to care of your dogs this is the place
