Our current home underwent a major renovation (almost complete) in 2017. Basically the home appears to be a complete rebuild including brand new HVAC system. However, we were not getting enough air flow to two rooms upstairs, specifically our eldest sons bedroom. We had the original installer come back to "balance" the system, to no avail. We had two other HVAC companies review our issue and they had no solution other than to install a separate ductless HVAC system for the two rooms. We were about to sign with a company to have this installed at a cost of approx $6k. Our son was getting fed up of having to use a space heater in the winter and fan in the summer. Just before moving ahead with the ductless system we stumbled across Aeroseal online. I called Victor and within a week, he was at our house for an initial, no cost assessment. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional about his product and process and advised it would certainly alleviate the majority of our issue. He was sure to advise that nothing is ever perfect and set appropriate expectations. He was also clear on extra costs that may arise if they were to identify larger issues in the system (disconnected ducts). He even went so far as to utilize a FLIR Thermo Camera to ensure there were no major issues around insulation problems in these rooms. We were still hesitant to go ahead with the service because we knew the ductless system was fool proof and did not want to gamble on spending $$ with Aeroseal and then still have to install the ductless system. After reading more reviews at HomeStars and asking Victor a few more questions, we decided to move ahead with Aeroseal. Yesterday was the first real test for us. Our son was completely comfortable sleeping in his room with his door closed as we had the AC on. Victor's team, Yuri and Victor2 were able to increase the airflow from 48CFMs to 148CFMS (post procedure and post balancing). The other room above the garage increased from 38 to 103 (post procedure and post balancing). This room is also more comfortable but less utilized. Overall our HVAC system is now operating at very close to the efficiency it was designed for. We certainly understand the costs savings we will enjoy as the efficiency has increased by 33% in our home and the impact this efficiency will have on lessening our carbon foot print. This is the longest review I have ever written because we wanted to share our frustrations and despair about our HVAC issues and the resolve we found through trusting Victor and his team. A++

I had Victor and his associate seal our ducts in July and what a difference it makes. Victor keeps you informed throughout the whole process and is very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone that has ventilation issues.

The main duct in our master bedroom had zero airflow coming out of it. The previous owner had told us that he tried many solutions without luck and was told it would require breaking walls to fix. However Victor completely resolved the issue! My house now warms up extremely quickly and the temperature difference between the main and upper floors is almost nothing.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They have a group of great employees who not only know their stuff, but are also really good people. I cannot recommend this company more. Great install. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They worked with me every step of the way from pricing to questions about different units to what I can do to extend my units new life. Would definitely recommend to handle all AC repairs and replacements. I will definitely be sending those I know to them.
