(May 8, 2021, 9:49 am)Ordered a bike for my wife it was ready in 2 days which was awesome. Easy to find location with parking. Gautam helped me with the bike when I arrived. He showed me how to operate it and went over all the details.
I was even allowed to come last minute just before closing. He was friendly through and professional.

(March 7, 2021, 4:41 am)I picked up my ebike a week ago. I had gone to the warehouse a few weeks prior however to try bike sizes for best fit & style. Gautam the bike technician was amazing! His top notch customer service not only over the phone, via email and in person was the reason I went back to purchase the actual bike. A great company with extremley knowledgable employees, keep up the excellent work!
