(January 26, 2023, 3:29 pm)Was charged $15 for SafeMove coverage even though it was declined on my booking and I wasn't asked at check-in. Otherwise solid service with accurate charges for gas and mileage.

The customer service was good and professional and that is why this location is getting a 5 stars for me otherwise there is one thing UHAUL should do and that is at least clean the trucks from inside so at least the seats are clean. There should be a proper mechanical check-ups everyday. The truck I took had low pressure in three of the tires, 21, 23, 25. Low pressure could be dangerous especially with too much loads.
