(November 13, 2022, 9:30 pm)We were excited to check out the store since we live extremely close by. Line of products, variety and quality was good. Aisle felt really small especially when staff had to stock items. They have a self dog wash station which is a bonus!
They definitely lack the friendliness and enthusiasm at the nearby PetSmart. We were not greeted by anyone in the store and they seem less passionate about pets. Would definitely return, hopefully it’s just a phase due to a new opening!
