They came when they said they would. They were very helpful with my husband. It was a great experience. And they were $10 less than the other company I looked at. I'll use them again with no hesitation.
I have used this company several times to transport my mother to medical appointments. They are always reliable, they come on time or early, they trust you to call them for the return trip and only charge your credit card when you do the return, so only one transaction to save time. Most of the cars are in good condition although I did have one that was not clean and had dirty rags in back. Drivers seem to know the traffic patterns and are good navigators. You pay a flat rate regardless of the time it tacks or the traffic. Mother is secured in her wheelchair in the back and they are careful getting her in and out. It is a bit bumpy if you sit in the back on potholed roads but ok up front.
