Sara is a master! Relaxing environment, came in with knee and low back pain (gone!!). Appropriate pressure used, hot towel, cupping! Talking to me and adjusting as needed. 10/10... I only go to her!

Fantastic deep tissue massage - one of the best I've ever had! The simple touches such as hot towel, shoulder raisers and offer of an eye mask really elevated the experience. 10/10 - would recommend.

Wow! My massage treatment with Sara was phenomenal. She knew the exact areas that required more attention and the pressure was perfect throughout. As Sara intuitively worked on my body I realized how neglected and tense certain muscles were and appreciated her skill and technique in working out the tightness. My body felt SO relieved by the end of it. I’m so glad I found an amazing RMT like Sara that is close to where I live. Luckily, she also provides mobile services on days when I want to treat myself :)

My experience with Sara was incredible! Not only was her technique, depth and pressure exactly what I needed, but she was great at making me feel comfortable, non-judgmental and even better, didn't chat my ear off throughout the treatment. I find I like to receive massage therapy in a more or less quiet setting so that I can get relax and let the massage work its magic. Sara was great at understanding without me having to politely say "don't talk to me". She just knew and worked with her intuitive touch.

The massage itself was fantastic as noted above. She had this ability to pinpoint the areas spot on with her elbow and use the perfect amount of pressure. A little bit more - too painful, a little less - not 'effective' enough for me. She was able to identify those points and apply just the right amount of pressure "the good pain" as I like to put it.

I would highly recommend Sara for your next RMT appointment. Bonus points are that she will come to you!

Hands down the best massage I have ever had! Sara was professional and kind. The environment was relaxing. My neck had been so sore and after my massage it felt so much better than it has in so long! I can't wait to go back!!
