Some people complain about the pea gravel on their dog's paws—but I feel it's in many ways an improvement over the sand that was there before.
It's still vastly better than the mud pit they call a dog park at Kipling, near the Humber college. Making it the best dog park in the area!
Great spot to take your dog friends. I just wish that there was less rocks! Never busy so if you have a dog with social issues - sometimes you are lucky to be the only doggo there. I like bringing my boy here just to give him space to run and get energy out
Great park for medium sized dogs. If you're worried about your dog running off, small dogs can crawl out under the fence and large dogs can jump over. Has a bit of a tropical feel with sand, boulders, and large greenery all around. Beachy sand was recently replaced with a bit coarser sand so isn't so conducive to sandals and hurts wher a pack of dogs run past you kicking it up. Sunsets are awesome here.
Great space. There's a fenced in leash free area. Better for small dogs as the fences are extremely low and therefore easy to hop for bigger or more active dogs.
Beside the fenced in area there's a huge piece of land that makes for a great walk around with the dogs as it is also fully fenced in on the lakeshore part.
Little random paths to go off too. Avoid it at night though BC there definately are coyotes.
