“We have rented car from Enterprise before and have always had a great experience. But this time they definitely deserve 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I had a car accident and my insurance company got me a rental car from Enterprise. The insurance company had assured that I would be able to have the rental until my car was fixed at the shop. My car was still at the work shop but the insurance company decided to clear their accounts with Enterprise after one month, without informing me. Enterprise promptly called me and gave me a heads up on what was happening. Since it was my first accident and I wasn’t aware of the dirty tactics insurances have, Enterprise representative was very cooperative and also guided me through the process. After two months when my car was finally ready for pick up. I went to Enterprise to drop off the car to find out that my insurance still hadn’t cleared their accounts as they had promised. Long story short instead of creating any more problems for me Enterprise representatives were very supportive and helped me in this situation. I truest recommend this Enterprise location to everyone as they have very high customer service standard.”

It does tend to get quite busy as the neighbourhood has a high concentration of residents and travellers, so best to book in advance to secure your rental for the dates you need. “After being let down by all the top car rental providers in the city, all of which funnily had the same excuse, car's windscreen blade was damaged can't rent the car etc. etc. I found Practicar by chance and to be the most reliable. I rang just over 12 hours before I needed to collect and they had 1 more car available, though by appearance it may not have been the best looking car, but it got me to where I needed to go and back in one piece. Though this company may not have all the bells and whistles of the big companies, but they were the most reliable during one of the busiest weekends of the summer and had amazing customer service. They have some of the best prices for car rentals in the city. I'm definitely going back here for all my future rentals.”
