AccuServ Heating and Air Conditioning

I have always had great experiences with AccuServ. Alex came by this morning (on schedule to the minute) and quickly assessed the issues with my AC (low v. wire was pulled apart). AC was fixed and he also took extra measures to prevent the issue from happening again. He did some check ups on the furnace and filters, gave us some advice about the longevity of our units and we were good to go! He was polite, professional and saved our summer. Thanks again!

Rahul from AccuServ came in to service our AC unit. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. He clearly explained the state of my equipment and any fixes that were recommended, in enough detail for me to make an informed decision yet without being overwhelmed with information. He even went above what I expected in the service call by also taking a quick look at my water tank and furnace, and provided some insight on issues I may encounter in the future and recommended solutions as well, without pressuring me to pursue any of them. I am very comfortable with recommending AccuServ to any other homeowners.

Just had Alvin come in to service my furnace/ac ahead of the nicer weather. He was so professional and efficient. I loved getting a detailed report of what he did and how things were faring post the winter season. I have always been blown away by the level of service I receive every single time I need anything. Had a great experience with the installation over 1.5 years ago and my bi-annual servicing appts are always awesome. AccuServ has been a trusted service for my small business. We have used them a handful of times and they are honest and very clearly have my best interests at the top of mind. We have a wall unit cooling and heating unit and every service AccuServ techs take their time to answer questions, show me maintenance best practices and clearly service the unit thoroughly.
