Ari is extremely honest and will only do the work that actually needs to be done. Best shop in Toronto hands down.
Would highly recommend. Got ball joint and control arm replaced here. I found that this place was honest and fair in their pricing. They didn't try to tell me I needed things I did not, and in fact quite the opposite, as I was ready to fix some other things he advised were not currently needed. Ari is super nice to deal with. Will be my regular mechanic from now on. Thanks Ari and team!
Ari saved me $1300 compared with what the dealership was asking. I showed them all the work the dealer wanted to do, and he showed me that some of it was bogus and unnecessary. He could easily have charged me for bogus work as well but he was honest and transparent. He also replaced my rear brake light for free (dealer wanted $35), and checked all the brakes, pads, rotors, and fluid for free. Ari was very warm and pleasant to deal with, lots of patience, etc. I will only bring my car here from now on.
