Trusted source! reliable and honest service... called for pest concern received from a tenant hearing noises in attic for racoon or mice. Upon further discussion Mike wanted to hear full details from tenant directly...long story short... Mike spoke with tenant... went on site and investigated the situation fully provided me with update and confirmed no pest issue in attic or concern - noise was coming from movement on roof. Mike gave his service as part of free estimate. When I offered form of payment he stuck to his free estimate & refused any payment. Talk about an honest trust worthy person...will definitely keep you in mind for future and recommend him! my tenant also had great things to say about him. Man for the job for sure!
