Such great service and nice staff. I had a lavendar balayage on my black asian hair and Steve did a fantastic job. They took their time to do it right and were super attentive and accommodating the whole time. Very reasonable price.

It's been a family-owned business for at least 40 years and the same people who cut and styled hair back then are the same who do it today. They know their business. They're all super friendly. Only downfall is you need to park in the mall directly across the street.

I am a loyal customer and fan of this salon. I have been going there for 20 years. Every time I am in Toronto I make sure Kathy makes me feel and look beautiful.

This review is a long overdue. I've been going to carousel since I was 14, I'm 34 now. Always a great cut. The people here are very kind and personable, at this point its like they're extended family. They have been in the same location for as long as I can remember and for good reason. I highly recommend Carousel.
