Had a very positive experience with Carpet Cleaning East York from beginning to end. Very nice people to work with and the carpets look great. I will absolutely call this company and request Steven anytime I need something cleaned.
When Steven came out, they were extremely polite, made me feel comfortable with what they planned on doing, and walked me through their plan of action. Letting him know that I just purchased my first home, he showed me things as he went along and provided tips and things that he recommended I look at in the future. I really appreciated that because he was treating me like a family member, and not a client. Overall, this experience, from beginning to end, was extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned, or duct cleaned. They were polite, professional, and authentic.
