(February 13, 2021, 1:20 pm)Website is awful, not sure why they can't make it more user friendly. The lady at the front desk was not very nice and made us feel like we were annoying her because we had trouble understanding how to fill out the forms. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. Other than that we were able to get done what we needed and for that I am thankful as I would not want to go again.
(December 29, 2020, 4:51 am)I was there couple weeks ago, came all the way from Vancouver to renew the passport. Great reception, great customer service! Silvana was the one who took care of me. Helped me a lot in order to complete all the forms and follow all the procedures. I`m very grateful to the team who works in the consulate, they`ve been helpful from very beginning - answering the e-mails, to the end. Happy to admit that Bulgarian community is in the good hands.
5-star service and a lot of human support.
