Very friendly service and good communication. We took our car in to fix a front end rattle and steering issue. Everything was fixed perfectly. They offered a choice of dealer or aftermarket parts when the called with the quote. Parts and labour prices were reasonable - I left feeling that Daniel and his crew are trustworthy - Highly recommended
Daniel is a very fair and honest mechanic - he is as expert as they come. When I take my car in I am guaranteed a repair that is solid with no unnecessay upselling.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I have never been treated so well. Daniel went above and beyond to have our car ready for us so that we didn't have to cancel long weekend plans. I am sure that he worked overtime and came in early on a Sunday morning to finish up the job when he is usually closed. We were first time customers but he treated us like family - we were surprised to get a phone call from him Saturday evening offering us 2 free Blue Jays tickets for that night that he wouldn't be able to use. I dare presume he forfeited them in order to finish the work on our vehicle....we were flabbergasted! When we got the call on Sunday morning that our vehicle was ready, he even offered to do more and took the initiative to ask about changing out our winter tires and actually sent his wife over to our house to pick them up. Then he lent us his torque wrench for the remainder of the weekend so that we could tighten the bolts. On top of the outstanding service and work he performed, this experience was a reminder of how kind and considerate strangers can be! We already had a mechanic we really liked but Daniel is now our first choice!
We've only gone about a couple of flat tires but Daniel has been amazing. Only $20 to fix the tire! Glad we found a reliable guy who is reasonably priced on the east end.
Honest Review - This auto shop is awesome.
They let me know what was wrong with the vehicle and were honest about everything. There prices are reasonable and they seem almost excited to help! They are very professional and I feel comfortable with them handling my car.
