(September 6, 2020, 8:24 pm)I must say, Joe and his Son Aaron and Brian with the rest of the team did an amazing job. From scrapping of the old tiles and nails, to installing the Ice Breaker, and the undercoating membrane before shingles were installed .
Joe offers only the best materials . Corning and Certaintinre if my spelling is correct . They clean up all the mess. What a team , bravo !
Before you call others such as Avenue Roofing , Alpine Roofing , do call Joe at Downtown Roofing . I live in the Bayview area and my neighbors were the ones that have told me. Frankly , another neighbor told me the others use cheap materials and hire help when they need it. The big companies don't care and will not back up their work .
