Fido

I had had my phone for over 3 years and it was starting to glitch. Off i went to the East York town centre as that was where i bought my last phone...and had a good experience. This time was no exception, Neha, Sam and ??? (Couldnt see her name due to her hair covering her name tag!!) were Fantastic...they had the patience of a saint as they explained everything to me, more than once and transfered everything over too. I may of been there for an hour but i would do it all over again...as they gave me peace of mind and the understanding of what the new phone could do. They are an asset to the Fido company and i would highly recommend you go and see them. CONGRATULATIONS to Sam!!

The Fido customer service rendered at East York Town centre is beyond expectation.
Very knowledgeable staff. Kind and obliging.
There patience and perseverance in dealing with various visitors including seniors has a high degree of appreciations. Good job Neha and Sanjoli.

I visited the store today as I had trouble with ny new phone and Sanika was very helpful she explained me how to use my phone and helped me with setting it up. She is always happy to help me. She gave me very good customer service and I will recommend her to all my family and friends.
