Mike was always prepared with relevant and up to date comparable information. This allowed me to make informed decisions (about offers received and the strength of any offer I wished to make) in a timely manner. Every time I attended to view a property, Mike had already arrived and had familiarized himself not just with the property itself, but the neighbouring area. Mike was frank in identifying the shortcomings of properties but always gave reasoned analysis for his concerns. His advice was always well informed but equally measured and fair. One of the properties I purchased was outside of Mike’s more familiar areas. He worked extremely hard to educate himself about the neighbourhood and provided the same level of informed guidance and advice. I never found myself waiting to hear back from Mike as he worked quickly and maintained communication with me.

Mike is the perfect Toronto East agent because he’s very knowledgeable about renovations, older houses and he knows every pocket of the city. With each house viewing, he would continuously point out the negatives of the house so that we’re aware of what we’re faced with and he knew how to pick out the gem in the haystack. Most importantly, appearance and modernizing is always changeable and Mike always helped us seek houses with a solid foundation and gave us pointers of the improvements we could make to the house to suit our taste.

After experiencing our first house hunting story, we know that other agents that we have met through this process have nothing compared to Mike. The difference between Mike and other agents is that his heart is in helping people. He’s very passionate about what he does and his laid back and easy-going attitude has made our house hunting very fun, effortless and exciting.
