Janice is a wonderful, professional, talented women. My dog Thor has had 3 custom braces made for different issues. Each one was so custom fit to him, durable, and was comfortable for everyday life.

When I was told that my beloved dog Kelsey needed an orthotic I imagined that it would be something we would have to endure. Not so! Janis and her team at Pawsability created an astonishingly beautiful and functional work of art. An accessory if you will. Kelsey’s was white with pink hearts that she has proudly worn for over a month. Janis is wonderful and caring. Kelsey felt at home and probably would go back just to visit if she could. We opted for a brace for our 8-year-old labradoodle Riggins in lieu of surgery. Janice took the time to call me after I emailed her with questions which was so appreciated. We receive more than one call as we made plans to bring Riggins for a fitting. We live in Ottawa and had heard about PawsAbility and didn't hesitate to make the trip to Toronto. Janice even helped with suggestions for dog-friendly hotels. Less than a week later and Riggins is using the brace like he's an old pro. We are beyond grateful for opportunity to have someone like Janice develop a custom brace for Riggins. She is professional, personable and kind.
