Melissa was very helpful, after asking me what I would be storing she showed me a couple of sizes and found me the perfect unit right by a elevator. with the building being long there are 3 elevators at different areas so you are never far from a elevator. This was a great experience and I will be using this place if I move again.
(October 5, 2020, 3:05 pm)Nice brand new building, because it’s so new I knew it would be clean and it is. I was the first to move into my space which is nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will be recommending Smartstop to our friends for sure.

(August 20, 2020, 5:03 pm)I rented a 5x5 storage recently. Melisa was so friendly and kind. she was helpful and knowledgeable. Her Service was excellent. SmartStop Self-Storage in East York is a new building and very clean. I love it.
