  Great burger. Excellent actually. Angus beef with no growth hormones etc. You can taste the purity of the meat.

  Not sure if it's just this location or all South Street burgers, but overall the food prep is a little slow for fast food. From the outside the restaurant looks not very busy with few people sitting at tables eating, but often the line for food is massive.
  You might be waiting 5-10 minutes just to order and then your food will take another 15-20 min to prepare. This would be ok if you could sit down in the mean time, but here's why it doesn't look very busy from the outside. They basically corral everybody into a space between the cashier and the topping counter and it becomes very claustrophobic when busy.
  The burgers are good quality and the fries are very tasty, as the prep time would suggest, but don't expect a comfortable fast food environment here.

  What used to be a great burger spot with the best fries feels dates an average now. No more New York Fries link means the spices offered aren't the same and the toppings feel like they are doled out less liberally.
  
  There are just much better options around these days at this price point.

  This is a very good burger location. Lots of selection and seating. They don't charge for toppings like other so called gourmet burger chains. Even better value when one has a 2 for 1 discount coupon. The only thing I am not crazy about are their onion rings, but their NY fries are great.
