Quick turnaround and very accommodating.
I have to actually change my review. I sent payment info and they missed it and didn't start my print. Now I need them TOMORROW. Talked to the owner who was pleasant and helpful. I think that if I had been confrontational when I called, I might have had a different outcome, but
we both just quickly agreed that going over whose fault it was doesn't solve anything and what can we do now? He's rushing them for us, and they will be ready on time. Every place makes mistakes. I make mistakes in my own business because I'm human. It's how they fix them that counts. These people deserve a good review for good customer service. I'll be using them again for sure.
My signs were ready within a few days and they were really done well. And the owner was always available to answer my questions. Price is good. Happy with the service.
