Great communication! Kept me up to date every step of the way. Shipping was fast, dolls were packed carefully and rubberbanded together to prevent sliding around. Will definitely order from this company again.

The staff is welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic, the stock is of high quality, there are options for every budget, and includes items I was not able to find online, including OOAK artisan made miniatures.

I have yet to stump them with an item they don't carry and they can usually put their finger on it very quickly.

I was reluctant to visit a brick and mortar location post Covid, but was glad I came as the infection control precautions they had in place made me feel quite safe. They even provided sanitizer and disposable gloves at entry.

I am hoping they will host more in-store miniature tutorials when it is safe to do so.

As long as they are in business, it will be my pleasure to shop here. Every visit makes me fall in love with miniatures all over again.
