  409 did some amazing work on my car. Fixed everything I asked for and took care of some minor things I had neglected at no extra cost. Thanks a lot Gary and the guys!

  A few weeks ago I got a call that my mom was rear ended in Etobicoke. The service and care our family was given from 409 and Brandon, the two truck driver was amazing. From showing up , waiting for the ambulance and following up every step of the way, the team was amazing! Brandon even called to check in how she was feeling and made sure she had a rental car and all. Highly recommend, and the car looks just as good again!

  Professional, compassionate and organized. These guys took what could have been the most stressful situation for me and made it no big deal. I didn’t feel like I was being treated like a claim I felt like family.

  Three words: professional work, quality and like a family care.
  I start with the family. They treated me so well that I felt I am part of their family. Always followed up and were there to help with no question asked. This is what I liked the most since I always value the relationship. This is rare these days where the market is filled with corporates in every business. You only receive this level of care in family operating businesses.
  They did a professional work on my car with great quality. They also took care of one item which noticed after in a timely fashion and no additional cost. I am happy so far with the work and quality.
  I definitely recommend this shop, and will go there next time.

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOP. I have taken my Mercedes in for almost a year now. I’ve NEVER been disappointed with the service. Really Wonderful feeling knowing I can really trust my mechanic. Being a woman I find it hard to find an honest shop that won’t overcharge me for silly things. These guys tell me exactly what’s wrong with it and exactly how much it will be to fix. Swift repairs. And great rental service. Seriously if you need a good job. This is it.
