(May 30, 2018, 2:41 pm)Had battery changed in my watches for years. Once it happened that during battery change gasket was damaged so they replaced it at that occasion. Recently, I came in for battery change again - problem with gasket surfaced after that intervention. I asked them to replace it and I left watch for couple more days with them as they don't do it on premises. I took the watch back was told that it was fixed and I should avoid taking bath with watch that is supposed to sustain 50m deep water pressure and guess what - it was not fixed. After 2 minutes in steam room (not even bath tub) I noticed condensation. It would be fair to say "we don't do it anymore" and I would go elsewhere - this way it tastes bitter. They are good for jewelry but if you need your watch maintained - go somewhere else.

I have acquired many pieces myself, bought gifts and have recommended them to many and all were very satisfied .The custom work is perfect and she's always ready to negotiate the sticker price. Will go above and beyond to please. Would never go anywhere else.
