Nadia is very knowledgeable and skillful. Depending on your needs, she can be very gentle or work your muscles very deeply. She is in-tune with where you are and listens to your words and also to your body... to help ease tension, pain and stress. You leave fully relaxed! Lately, due to an injury, I was scared to be touched by anyone but she has made me feel very safe, I knew I could go to her and she would know what to do. I have also found that her advice goes a long way, her background in yoga has helped with her recommendations for me to stretch in specific ways. Besides that, her space is always so welcoming! Truly being in her hands is a great place to be! I love how she begins and ends every session. You won't be disappointed... you'll just want to keep coming back!

Nadia is exceptional. She is very skilled at working on issues you're having, including offering strategies to alleviate soreness post massage. She is a master of her craft and I'm so thankful to have found her. She also gives a great hug. ;)
