Dr. Navaratne and his receptionist are amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I've been going to this clinic for about 4 years and i will continue to do so. Thank you for taking care of me and my daughter all those years.
I sometimes can wait for awhile to see Dr Navaratne ..but if you are going in to see a Dr as a walk-in then check how many people are there & add 15 + minute for each one ..some- times it's almost empty. . friendsly& clean building etc. Life lab & pharmacy etc.
Just had a family walk in doctors appointment. Doctor was very kind and took his time to examine us all. Great that he is open on saturdays.
My father and a few of his friends built this building. It was a dream come true for them many years ago. To see that what he worked so hard for is getting bad reviews breaks my heart. I am sure he is rolling in his grave thinking this place he built and worked in for so many years is not offering quality service. There are always just miserable people who can never be satisfied and feel the need to spread their misery to others. I hope my fathers building is not doing this to everyone. I hope the doctors and tech that work in this building will take some time to feel the love and pride the doctors and pharmacists who originally dreamed of this and built it. I remember as a child sitting and listening to them describe their dream as it was being built. I am 55 now and googled the old neighbourhood and was happy to see this place standing. I hope those who work here remember that love and hope was put into this place when it was built.
Went to the Lifelabs here for blood work. The building itself is super sketchy looking and you have to walk up a dark flight of stairs and to the end of the hallway to get to Lifelabs on the 2nd floor. The lab itself looked clean with waiting area seating for about 8-10 people. The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I went on a Thursday at around 9:30 am and waited 5 minutes to be seen.
I did get severe bruising where the blood was drawn though and it's been a week!
