Alfa Mobile

Came in looking to have an OEM replacement battery installed in my non-user-replaceable phone. Ash is great and Jason went to work performing what was essentially surgery (a screw was so tight he had to use a grinder). They successfully installed the battery - which was unfortunately a dud (wouldn't charge), and the next day they re-installed my OEM original battery. I had no concerns during an admittedly risky and delicate operation. While I was there, I also witnessed them diagnosing other peoples' complex hardware problems. In addition, if you need a part, they'll order it, and install it, for a fair price. Would recommend (oh and their customer service is great - genuine advice and recommendations).
