Staff was helpful, but got 2 different stores about the dye one said it was vegetable dye
The other said it was some other kind of dye
And spot clean with white vinegar, no info if it should be delute diluted and no real info about the rug.

Owner was very knowledgable about Persian Rugs and very helpful.

My son and I had a great buying experience with Karim and his son yesterday. We learned a lot, and found a beautiful rug from the store's inventory. Karim was very helpful, the prices were great and the negotiations were fair. I also appreciated the reassurance of the exchange policy. However, I LOVE my rug so I am not sure I will need to worry about this. Highly recommend this store! Thanks

Just had a lovely experience at Arian Rugs Inc. Karim is incredibly warm, friendly and knows his stuff. He was very patient as we looked at many different styles and sizes of rugs. He helped us find the perfect rug for our apartment and assured us that if we didnt like it once at home we could return it and look for something else. Also his prices are incredible for handmade rugs in comparison to other rug shops downtown. Would 100% recommend.
