(May 3, 2018, 2:12 pm)I had purchased a crib to be delivered to my home and upon inspecting the delivered crib realized that it was broken in a couple of places. The staff didn't give me any issues when I went back to Babies R Us to let them know the problem. They offered to order the same crib, have it delivered to babies r us first to have inspected, and then deliver it once again to our home and pick up the broken item. This was great since it required minimal work on my end. Unfortunately the crib was sold out online so we were offered a better crib at no additional cost. We were very happy with this alternative solution and how the staff handled the situation.
