Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly in recommending the central vac that fit our needs. He was able to squeeze the install in on a short notice which was greatly appreciated. He also recommended a vac pan for the kitchen and provided supporting information we needed. He followed up to make sure the install was done correctly, and was very professional!! Highly recommend!!!

Bill managed to squeeze me in for a central vac system service call on a few days notices. He arrived when he said he would, knew what he was doing, fixed the issue without any hesitation, was professional, neat, courteous and friendly, and the service call fee was completely reasonable. We recently had an issue with our central vac and didn't know where to go in Etobicoke to diagnose the problem and get it serviced. Thanks to Google search, we found the Etobicoke Service Centre. As we walked into the storefront we were greeted by Bill and after a short conversation, we knew we picked the right place to fix our vacuum. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, very willing to help us and confident the problem could get fixed with minimal cost; while giving us a great sense of trust in leaving our vac to be serviced. The turnaround time to fix the vac was very good and Bill kept us informed during the time it was being serviced. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill and the Etobicoke Service Centre and I would highly recommend if anyone has any issue with their vacuum (not only central vacs) to go visit this establishment! They also have new vacs and attachments for purchase:)

Our 35 year old Beam central vac gave up the ghost on Saturday. I researched on HomeStars and found Etobicoke Service Centre Ltd. to be highly recommended. I called and talked to Bill. We had a brief, pleasant, and professional conversation. We discussed options and settled on the right unit for our needs. Bill showed up as arranged on Tuesday and in no time the work was done. The new unit has been installed; the old one was taken away; the work area was left as clean as it was before; and the installation is neater and more compact than the previous one. I can't say enough good things about the experience of dealing with Bill and the company he represents, Etobicoke Service Centre Ltd.. I am not prone to superlatives, but a score of ten out of ten stars doesn't do justice to this experience. They are the best.

It was a pleasure to pick up my home vacuum here. I feel that they went above and beyond the customer service at other places.
