Staff is very helpful but not very good options when it comes to packages. I tried opening a mobile service, but because I'm new in the country and (weird part) I'm already a bell customer, I needed to put an $800 safety deposit. Bell would have secured a multi-service deal with me, but instead forced me to go with Telus.

We dealt with Nick who provided exceptional service and answered all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience very pleasant.
