Very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that they went ahead and did work without asking me or giving me a quote. Yes, the work needed doing but the bill was a big surprise. What if I couldn't pay? I wasn't given the option to approve the work or the cost.

My wife’s 2004 CLK 500 has never run this good before we had service done at Bero. Andre kept me updated with numerous phone calls which was really appreciated and is very knowledgeable with our Mercedes. They now have all our business and I highly recommend them.
