This review is strictly to acknowledge the frontline staff “ Gale “ & Bobby “. I’d like for these two employees to get the recognition they deserve I commend them on there professionalism.

Also I’d like to acknowledge Muhammad ( assistant branch manager ) for being composed during a routine T.O.C ( Test Of Comprehension ). If he would of asked I would of liked to have coached him , he seems like a young & eager professional.

My recent experience and why this branch received 3 stars is that there had been a frontline employee “ Jaysun “ who deposited to 25 cents in error into my account I explained to not only “ Jaysun “ but assistant manager “ Muhammad “ and also branch manager “ Derek “.

That the fraudulent deposit should be removed from my recent transaction history as 1. I know that it is possible 2. For that to be displayed on a statement of records wether it is stated error corrected or not that is “ Fraud “.

That is why I no longer approve to that particular branch and the manner they conduct client conflict resolution.

“ Fraud “ response times are not as efficient as they should be.

Who knows I may revisit to reassess.

This bank is the best in the city. This bank has outstanding staff that care about your needs. The branch manager is incredible. I travel a distance to do my banking at the BMO at lakeshore and park lawn. All banks should take note and learn how to run a bank.
