(February 26, 2019, 3:59 pm)Went in for an 1h deep tissue sports massage and I definitely appreciated the friendly, helpful staff, welcoming me and taking my coat away. The masseuse was also very professional and knowledgeable: I left the spa relaxed and glowing. The spa itself it’s a work in progress, but it’s heading the right direction! I understood they recently rearranged their waiting area and I have to say its very welcoming: warm & cozy & comfy! But then I walked to the massage room, I found it cold: from the room temperature, which was not really inviting me to get undressed (I was warm though once under the sheets and blanket), to the design of the room (the masseuse didn’t even have a designated table for lotion and such: we shared half a small round table in between my jewelry + watch and her lotion). A cup of warm tea at the end of the massage would have been amazing, especially on a cold winter day! Hopefully they will keep working on it and will manage to give the feeling of warmth and luxury even though their rooms.

(February 23, 2019, 2:45 am)My masseuse Mamiko was excellent. Had requested for Swedish massage and had an amazing experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However giving it 4 star coz my partner’s masseuse was not good at all. His foot massage wasn’t at all relaxing.Overall, worth the try and depends on who you get. Mamiko is d best!

(January 7, 2019, 2:11 pm)The therapist fully engaged and focused on the areas of concerns... in the 15 years of receiving treatment it was by far the best 60 minute cession. I highly recommend this facility as they have the greatest in the GTA
