I searched so many different hardware stores and others looking for some metric bolts. I had no luck until someone told me about this place. Well, I finally found it. The employees have a huge amount of knowledge and services are just beautiful. I came out very satisfied and I will shop there again instead of wasting time on other stores. Two big thumbs up.

I work at an electrical utility company and HD supply had sent a part for a repair that didn't seem to fit. Instead of refund they sent us the older version free of charge. It didn't fit either, so they took the whole tool from us and arranged to have the manufacturer repair it for us free of charge! Great solution!

Horrible service. Asked for a pick point in certain size. They said they would call me in when they came in. I had to call in. Went in. They were wrong. They said they would re order and call me back. Week goes by and nothing. I call in they said they couldn't find anything.

In the end the Rep contacted me and was willing to try to fix everything. Was satisfied with how quickly he contacted me. Will look forward to dealing with this store again.
