Natalie is the Godfather in this field. NOBODY intimates her and you will not catch her off guard. She also is very well respected. ​This is to review services of Clarke Law (Injury Law lawyers). I was client of this company for three years since time of my accident in 2017 and until very satisfying settlement in
early 2020 (just before covid hit). I was injured before and represented by other lawyers. I can compare. And let me tell you
from the get go, that I was absolutely amazed by the service I got.
​During that time, I learned that insurance companies very often deny coverage you deserve, need and entitled to without any valid or good reason and therefore put
you in very difficult position. After auto moto vehicle accident you left with uncertainty at work, at home, in social life. In my case, after paying out mandatory 3500$ all payments from insurance company has stopped. I was in panic. I could not believe those senseless decisions and letters I got from them. I was very disappointed about system that allowed that. I was angry at guilty party in my accident, but even more about response from the system I got when I needed so much more help with my injuries.
​However, it was not all dark for me. Mainly, because of right representatives. Firstly, Clarke Law helped to find chiropractors, massage and physiotherapy specialists with such an arrangement that I would owe money for treatments until I settle my case and don’t pay for these immediately. It was hard
for me to extend those funds from my family budget.
Secondly, Clarke Law controlled demands of insurance company and restricted their ridiculous demands to confirm and re-confirm
again my well known and established diagnoses with "independent" medical clinics that were paid for services by the very same insurance company. They found right reasons to reduce and deny unjustified requests
for medical examinations from insurance. I felt that Clarke Law staff knew all the tricks insurance company was up to.
Thirdly, at certain points in this entire process I felt angry and helpless against the system. Quite frankly, I did not know where
to turn. I was terrified at even the thought of “ What if I would need to deal with this legal and medical labyrinth on my own?” It was so difficult to realize that I was just a case
number somewhere in insurance company computer and they didn’t want to get into details or even accept any evidence, review or adjust to my specific needs or circumstances. I felt that insurance company was in this for the profit only and just to make me go away and deal with my injuries somehow on my own. And then I spoke with Clarke Law team and got reassured about entire process and that I would get what I need and deserve at the end. I felt originally there was no escape for me from my situation with cynic approach insurance company took. And then I
felt that there was no escape for insurance company and they would be forced to cover my treatments and loses for entire time!

instrumental in building my case, getting right examinations done, proving without doubt my impairments and providing so much mental support. I felt before settlement
conference that I had bulletproof case and I would get what I needed.
Moreover, I knew that lawyers from insurance company knew that too.
They could not discredit evidence and they had no other choice, but finally pay and compensate.
