One of my favorite stores in the mall growing up. Lovely clocks. On the higher end I would say. They have been around a long time and know what they are doing. I should know, because I’ve been going since I was a teen. Unfortunately there are some people that don’t know a quality item if it fell on their head. I’ve actually been witness to some dim wits, complaining, bringing in dollar store quality clocks for repair?!🙄 These are high end quality clocks with special movements. Lately they have not been open anytime I’ve gone. I hope they are not closing. They are probably one of the few original stores left, and they’ve always had quality items originally from Europe. I would hate to see them go.
Bought a Kit Cat Clock from this store which when I took to my home in Calgary, AB and opened found was defective and didn't work. I phoned the store and spoke with the owner - shipped it out and had it fixed and back in Calgary in 3 weeks no questions asked. Great service!
Never had a issue always bring my watch back to him for a new battery. Very knowlegable on watches and clocks. Thank you.
Unique shop with great variety. All high quality. Owner is fantastic, very helpful. Seems out of place in this mall, but worth the trip.
