(June 26, 2019, 3:34 am)I was having trouble with my computer for several months. I called David and he took plenty of time on the phone to help diagnose the issue. When I wasn't able to get to the bottom of it on my own, David spent an afternoon with me to determine exactly where my issue was. I can say after buying the parts I needed, my computer is running like-new.
David is extremely knowledgeable and genuine when it comes to diagnosing and recommending solutions to computer problems. Definitely felt like he had my best interests in mind. More than reasonable pricing for his time and expertise.
Good guy and competent technician.
