Used to love wandering through their old store on St Clair that they closed a few years back, but have to say their online experience was really pleasant. Tons of great products and great prices, and they shipped right away. Miss the old store, but really glad this family business is still going strong.

I ordered a small kitchen appliance online, as well as a beautifully crafted Italian Bocce set. Both items were priced very well, and amazingly they arrived within a day!! Excellent customer service and experience! I purchased a pasta roller and received the shipping information the same day. It was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday but was not delivered. The next day the shipping company delivered the package resealed, damaged and the contents were completely soaked. I contacted customer service and they said since the roller had been soaked that it would rust. The next day they shipped another one free of cost. Adrian was excellent to deal with. Would definitely purchase from here again!!

I was looking for a second French Oven. I had bought a Le Creuset French Oven (5.5 qt) from Kitchen Smart in April 2018. So I was comparing prices on all websites. I came across this website and they had a 5.5 qt Round Le Creuset French Oven for a great price. I ordered one online and even got a coupon code for signing up. I had applied the coupon but when I got the shipping confirmation I noticed that the discount was not applied. I contacted their customer support and they refunded me the discount right away. They have great customer service and the shipping of the item only took a few days. I am so happy with my purchase. I even told my friend about it and he bought the exact same French Oven as me.
