I came across her on instagram after admiring a friends hair who goes to her regularly. She made time for me when i contacted her and when i came in with big dreams for dramatic colour, she was able to give me reality messages without crushing my hopes. She gave good advice on how to go about EVENTUALLY reaching my hair goals and advised against rushing into bleaching and colouring in effort to prevent damage to my hair. I appreciated her honesty because it made me feel like she valued me as a customer and wasn't just looking to empty my wallet and send me on my way. It was a PLUS that she was fun and easy to talk to. I'm due for an appointment soon!!
