Went into D&G Jewellers today to see what I could get for two necklaces I had. The gentleman told me they were real nice pieces and he would just weigh them and I wouldn't get a good price and he would feel guilty. What kind of jeweler says that, well to me it's a good one! I got a custom made letter pendant here! I am beyond Happy With it! It's exactly what I asked for looks better than I expected . The owner of the shop was so nice and he knew exactly what I had in mind and made it come to life for me. I will be returning to buy any custom jewelry I need in the future. Thank You DnG!

Exceptional, Supreme, Family Like customer service that you can't get anywhere in the city. The owner is very honest, extreme caring & set customer safety as one of his priority. I am a senior, after the transaction, he drove me down to the nearby subway station and called me afterwards to ensure that I arrived home safe. Although it took me 2 hours to get there but was worth it.
I highly recommend to anyone and many thanks for his thoughtfulness.

No matter how big or small, they will care for it all! I came in with a rather small request ( almost embarrassed to ask), I broke the clasp on my necklace and needed it replaced. They checked out my piece to ensure the correct handling and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks guys!

Customer service is amazing. Thai is very honest and kind. He tried helping me out the best he could and gave a great price. Would definitely suggest this place for everyone.
