  Very easy and user-friendly reservation process. Staff at Dixon Rd very helpful and friendly. We normally go to this location to reserve rental cars and never have been disappointed. Definitely recommend! :)

  The worst car rental place I’ve ever been to! Lousy instructions/ directions to get pick up shuttle..... didn’t get vehicle we booked.... then they were going to charge us more for the “ upgrade” which is all they had left..... extra charges showed up on credit card after we returned vehicle..... no reason given...... DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR DESPARATE

  Booking online was easy, efficient, cost effective and staff was very helpful as apparently I booked at a different outlet than I thought and when the error was realized once I was at the one I thought, not the one I booked apparently, staff was very accommodating and offered to make the car available at the location I was at. They were efficient and courteous upon the return as well. Will certainly use them again.
