Dr. Juricic is a caring and compassionate optometrist. She takes the time to understand your particular vision issues and explores the best options to help your functional vision in day to day activities. I highly recommend Dr. Juricic, particularly her expertise with low vision and her knowledge of assistive devices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Juricic for over 5 years now and have followed her from her previous location to her new location on Bloor West. Dr. Juricic has been an excellent practitioner and has treated me for my low-vision by providing excellent medical care to ensure that my vision can be the best it can be, as well as providing knowledgeable and practical advice on low-vision technology to help me improve the quality of day-to-day living with vision loss. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable. she is also a very caring individual and treats one with respect and genuine interest as well, she can provide many external resources to help with vision-loss within the community. I am very happy to have her as my low-vision optometrist. and am very glad I was referred to her and her clinic. I came to Dr. Juricic a little over eight years ago, after my vision deteriorated due to wet macular degeneration. The glasses Dr. Juricic prescribed for me use special refractory lenses that allow more light to enter the eye, thereby maximizing the remaining vision. The new glasses dramatically improved my vision. Had I not been introduced to Dr. Juricic's specialty at a Vision Quest conference for people suffering from macular degeneration, I would never have known that improvement in my vision was possible. Certainly, my then optometrist never told me to go to a low vision specialist. Instead, he told me that nothing more could be done for me. So, I thank my stars that I found Dr. Juricic.
Besides fitting me with these special lenses, Dr. Juricic also introduced me to other low vision aids which make a huge difference to my quality of life. My hand held magnifier and my Optelec reader allow me to carry on with my love for reading.
Dr. Juricic always has time to speak to her patients and I never feel rushed during my appointments. She exudes warmth and empathy which always have a positive effect on my spirit. I also draw solace from the latest low vision tools that Dr. Juricic has shown me which will continue to help me when my vision deteriorates further. What is most comforting for me is the knowledge that Dr. Juricic is always there for me, only an email or a phone call away. Thank you Dr. Juricic, for every thing you have done for me.
