Dr. Robert Berlin

Compassionate. Caring. Kind. Knowledgeable. Accommodating. Professional. Dr. Berlin and his staff have been more than amazing to me. Besides the phenomenal restorative work they have done for my crazy teeth over the past few years, they have most recently helped me through a weekend of hell. A tooth was causing me blinding pain for days and I have 3 small kids at home so I needed to feel better. Dr. Berlin took me right away as an emergency and kept in contact with me over the next days, even after the initial appt. was over until I was comfortable. They fixed my complicated problem and took time out of their personal time to see I was ok. This speaks volumes not only to their compassion as professionals but to their absolute decency as people.

Too add... yet another great experience at Dr. Berlin's office. I had an appt last week. I Was was expecting bad news for what was left of one of my teeth. I thought I was going to have it extracted... but he saved it! I entered the appointment, embarrassed and prepared to loose a tooth, and left with my tooth (and my faith in people) restored!

Restored my faith, and my smile..

First off, I've had a few different dentists over 30 years, and I used to be terrified to visit, Some dentists would get angry or "impatient" as they call it, causing more anxiety and less visits from me.

One day, my wife and I decided to try Dr. Robert Berlin... Everything I thought about dentistry changed...

My first experience meeting him is something I will never forget.. he could tell I was visibly nervous, and he let me know my poker face wasn't amazing, I told him a few reasons I was nervous... he responded with "give me one chance, and I will change how you feel."

He did not disappoint, and I'm happy to say, I am no longer afraid to go visit a dentist, and I highly recommend Dr. Berlin to every person out there. Not to mention how positive of a place it is, all of his staff wear permanent smiles all day at work, refreshing to see.

Been with Dr. Berlin since I was a little girl (Im a big girl now lol). He has been a great dentist and the staff remember you!!

I have been a client at Dr. Berlin's office for approximately two years now and I'm very pleased with the services I've received.
The professionals that work in the clinic are friendly and take the time to clearly explain my dental situations and provide all the information I need.
It's so good to have some positive 'wow' experiences going to a dental office instead of so many negative ones I've had elsewhere!

In contrast to experiences I've had elsewhere:
no nasty surprise fees
no questionable and/or repeat work done
no spam solicitation emails for unnecessary/insured procedures.

In hindsight, I wish I'd switched years ago.
I trust this team.
All the other clients/patients that I've noticed so far also seem pretty cheerful and happy during check-out at the reception desk.
