I called Mike (Dupont Auto Sales) to ask about a car that I had been looking for that he had advertised. I explained that I was not from the area and lived about 2 Hrs away so getting to the dealership was going to take some effort and planning. The response I received shocked me as I had made other calls to hear "well if you get here and it is here great but if it isn't too bad" But Mike was very understanding and said that if I made an appointment the car would be there. I even offered to give a deposit, which he declined with the answer of "that's not the way I do business". After almost 14 days I have arrived home with my new car and a renewed hope for people keeping their word.
