This is the best EB Games I've ever been to their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and understand the concept of customer service unlike other EB Games stores if you're going to buy anything from an EB Games store buy it from this one they will tell you the truth about anything you're buying even if it's not going to get you to buy it you can't buy that kind of honesty and integrity I will always go out of my way to buy my consoles and games from this store either though it's two buses and an hour away when there is an EB Games in the city center and airport and Queen Street both I've been burned at

The establishment is very organized and neat. Customers are always offered help when they walk through the door and the employees are polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely be suggesting this store and only this store to everyone. Shout out to Omed. Great guy.
