I was visited this morning by an agent due to my furnace breaking down. He was very helpful and the technicians were punctual, qualified and finished the job with impeccable service. Thank you, Eco Technology as well for also providing me knowledge and helping me take advantage of the many provincial incentives!
This is a great product and customer service is always friendly and helpful. They were able to educate me on my water, and give me a system that catered to my needs. I use it daily and really enjoy the benefits. I give some of the R/O water to my friends and family to take home and they love it! I think they're going get a system soon too! It’s been a great experience and hope that many other people can benefit from the company and products the way I am.
